1. Do I have to become a Member to buy Jewelry?

No, you can Add to Cart and go all the way to Checkout as a Guest. You will have to enter your Name, Contact, Delivery Address and Payment to complete the order. There are additional benefits and discounts available to Members only however.

The main benefit without doubt is the ability to buy Jewelry Products at discounted prices. You can also resell the Jewelry and start a Home Based Business.

We have three (3) different Sales Channels to choose from depending in how much time you have and how much income you want to earn. In the Merchant Sales Channel you can choose from Online Reseller, Online Distributor, Party Host or Sales Partner. In the Wholesale Sales Channel you can choose from Retail Sales Agent or (Party) Sales Agent. In the Import Sales Channel choose from Retail Importer or Online Importer. 4. If I simply want to sell Jewelry which Sales Channel do I choose?

First decide WHO you want to sell Jewelry to and then decide in WHAT quantity. Choose Online Reseller/Distributor from our Merchant Channel if you want to sell online direct to Customers & Discount Shopping Sites such as eBay. Choose Party Host or upgrade to Sales Partner from our Merchant Channel if you want to sell face-to-face to Family and Friends or at Jewelry Parties. Choose Retail/Sales Agent from our Wholesale Channel if you want to manage a Jewelry Party Network Business OR if you want to sell to Shops/Retail Outlets. Choose Retail Importer from our Import Sales Channel and have some/all of the above Sales Channels working for you.

6. How much money can I expect to earn as an Online Merchant?

As an Online Reseller, you make up to 40% gross Product Profit on every piece of jewelry you sell at the suggested retail price. A Distributor will make slightly more at up to 50% profit. 8. How much money can I expect to earn as a Party Host OR Sales Partner (Merchant)?

A Party Host is rewarded with FREE Gifts, discounts and credits. A Sales Agent/Partner Merchant holding just 2 to 4 Jewelry Party Events per month can make up to $1,000 per month. 9. How much money can I expect to earn as a Retail Agent OR Sales Agent (Wholesale)?

As a Retail Agent you are paid up to 25% of the value of each transacted Sales Order placed and paid for by your Retail Partners/Customers. As a Sales Agent you can make up to 50% gross Product Profit on every piece of jewelry you sell at a Jewelry Party as well as ongoing Sales Commission from future sales. 10. How much money can I expect to earn as an Importer (Import Sales Channel)?

Importers can make up to 70% Product Profit on My Sales and up to 35% over-ride on Group Sales. You also earn a one-time Commission Credit for introducing new Members. You are limited only by the amount of time and enthusiasm you choose to invest in your business. An Importer would typically work in the role full time and can genuinely earn $100,000 plus per year. 11. As a Sales Agent when do I get paid for managing a Jewelry Party Event?

Each Jewelry Party Event is a pay day for you as a Member. You keep your 40% to 50% Gross Product Profit from each sale from every guest at the Event. MexZotic will subsidize the additional discount offered to the Host. Customers will pay any applicable tax and shipping costs.

12. How much time will I need to devote to my MexZotic business?

It's up to you! The different Sales Channels of Reseller, Distributor, Party Host, Sales Agent and Importer Etc are designed specifically to cater to your lifestyle and desired income. You are your own boss and you can choose to work full-time or part-time, but keep in mind, the amount of money you earn is directly related to the time you invest.

13. Am I required to stock an inventory of jewelry to sell to customers?

No. That's why being a MexZotic Reseller, Distributor, Party Host or Sales Partner/Sales Agent is easy. You do not have to tie up hundreds or even thousands of dollars, not to mention valuable storage space by stocking inventory. You simply order electronically through your web site or web portal with payment via your Member Login and we will ship the Jewelry Products directly to You, the Customer or the Party Host/Sales Partner. Of course, like any successful Business, you may want to carry some showcase inventory and may choose to purchase one of our Starter Kits of quality jewelry samples to show your customers..

14. What about sales quotas or minimum monthly purchase?

There are no sales quota requirements or minimum monthly purchase rules for Members. However, to offer the huge discounts from the retail pricing and to subsidize Shipping & Handling, on some Collections like MexZotic/Mexicana/Mystique/Modelo we have a minimum per order amount based on your Membership Level. For Resellers your minimum order quantity (MOQ) amount is $100 per order, Distributors is $250 per order and Importers are required to order a minimum $500 per order. Price is based on Membership Discount Level pricing and not RRP. Note: There is NO Minimum Order Quantity for the Fashion Collection.

15. Why is the Shopping Cart divided into different Collections?

The Shopping Cart is segregated into each Collection as the MexZotic/Mexicana/Mystique/Modelo Collections have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) to allow the order to be processed. The Green Confirm Order button will highlight once the minimum purchase price is reached in any one category. Note: There is NO Minimum Order Quantity for the Fashion Collection.

16. What prior Business or Retailing experience is required to become a Resale Jeweler?

None, you can succeed as Reseller, Distributor, Party Host, Sales Agent and/or Importer Etc if you have just two qualities: a teachable spirit and a willingness to work. Either MexZotic staff or the Member who introduced you to MexZotic will help you get started and provide you with ongoing training opportunities and encouragement.

19. How do I earn income as a MexZotic Member?

You make money by selling Jewelry. We have three (3) Sales Channels, therefore three (3) unique income streams. The number of Jewelry Party Events you organize per month, the number of online Resellers and Distributors you recruit OR the number of Retail or Sales Partners you appoint will ultimately determine your income. We offer generous Product Profits (40% - 70%) plus Commission Credits and other incentives.

20. What is Product Profit?

Product Profit is the amount of money that you make from purchasing the product at your Membership Level cost and reselling the Product at full retail/resale price. This will happen in one of two ways. If you purchase product to have on-hand for resale at Host Events or to Customers, then you will simply collect the cash from the paying customer and you have instant profit. If you direct customers to your web site, then the customer will pay full retail/resale price to us and we will apply the profit to your “My Bank” Account in the Members Area.

21. How do I keep track of my Income?

Income for Product Profit is applied instantly to your on-line “My Accounts” module as a US$ amount. You can login to your Members Area and review your Account Summary, Account History, Payments, Receipts, Sales Profits, Commission Credits, Discounts and Orders etc at anytime from anywhere in the world.

22. What is Commission Credit?

Commission Credit is the amount of credits that you can earn from introducing other New Members. For Distributor Level and above you can recruit other Resellers and Distributors and be awarded with a one-time credit amount ranging from $50 to $100 for each New Member. The credits can be used on future product or accessory purchases (conditions apply) and cannot be redeemed for cash. (see specific Reseller, Distributor and Importer FAQ)

23. Can I ask for cash back instead of Commission Credits?

No, cash is earned by selling products and is referred to as “Product Profit”. We designed the “Commission Credit” system as a bonus and can only be applied as credit against your purchase in the Checkout process, but if you resell the product you turn the credit into cash anyway.

24. How do I keep track of New Member Commission Credit?

Commission Credit for recruiting New Members is applied instantly to your on-line Commission Credit Account as a credit against future sales. You will receive an email notification receipt of your Credit Commission amount or you can login to your Members Area and review your account. The Summary table will show both Credits and Debits and keep a running balance.

25. How do I use “My Commission Credit”?

Commission Credit can be used instantly in the Checkout area and is input as a separate line item to reduce your purchase cost; you choose how much credit you want to apply so long as it is within our Commission Credit usage guidelines.

26. What are the guidelines when using Commission Credits?

You can only use “Commission Credit” one-time and as a part credit payment applied against your purchase at Checkout. The maximum is usually 25% of the total Sales Order Value and also depends on your Membership Level.

The Admin Software has been custom designed by our own in-house programmers to help you manage and track your Home or Retail Business Jewelry Sales. Your My Profile page is where you can input information about yourself, update and change Passwords, Delivery Details, Contact Info, Banking Information and select Currency preferences etc.

Your My Accounts module is broken down into several sections and is applicable to all Membership Levels. It tracks all Individual Sales Profit, Group Sales Profit, Membership Fees and Commission Credits.

41. What is “Members - Funds Request”?

Your Funds Request is an electronic request to MexZotic for us to transfer actual money from your Virtual MexZotic Bank Account into your Nominated Bank Account and usually takes 48 hours to process. A Minimum bank balance of $50 per Member is usually requested to cover any returns, refunds or other incidental charges.

42. When I sign up, how soon can I begin selling?

Immediately - Once you receive your Membership ID number you are all set to go. A Member Starter Kit can also assist you to make your first MexZotic Host Event Jewelry Party a big success! We recommend that you conduct four or more jewelry parties within your first month so you reap the rewards of our exciting program.

The MexZotic website displays only full Recommended Retail Pricing (RRP) to New Visitors, Customers, Jewelry Party Hosts and Guests etc.

45. Does a Members Custom or Replicated Website display discount pricing & to whom?

Yes, but only after the Member has securely logged into the website. The RRP is always displayed and the Membership Level discounted pricing is displayed next to it for your benefit only. Customers do not see your discount structure unless they were looking over your shoulder while you are logged into the website. Customers logging into your website with their own ID, username and password cannot access or view discount pricing.

46. How is my Member pricing applied?

Your Member pricing is displayed against each item in the online store and is then applied as a discount at checkout so you can see your total order resale value and your total order cost.

47. What is this Instant Rebate Price and how is it applied?

The Instant Rebate Price in simple terms is a semi-permanent Sale Price and basically becomes the new and/or temporarily adjusted RRP. All Membership discount pricing is calculated, transacted and displayed based on the adjusted Instant Rebate Price.

48. Why do we have this Instant Rebate Price?

The Instant Rebate Price is a simple way to auto-correct the RRP to match market trends and the price of Silver. The original RRP becomes obsolete and acts only as a historic record. All Membership discount pricing is calculated, transacted and displayed based on the adjusted Instant Rebate Price.

49. Can anyone buy the Jewelry or do you have to be a Member?

Yes, any Guest Customer can browse the online store and select items for their shopping cart. At checkout the shopper will be asked to complete delivery details etc as in any online transaction and input a payment method through our secure credit card facility. The shopper will be assigned to a Members Group by MexZotic and can return for future purchases by using the same login details and ID number.

50. How can I trust the quality of the Jewelry?

The Starter kit range is specifically designed to give you a good broad cross-range selection of necklaces, bracelets, chains and earrings etc so that you can see and touch the quality. The jewelry is designed for everyday wear and so the longevity of you wearing the same pieces will also be a testament to the quality. If that is not enough all of the MexZotic range of jewelry comes complete with a Lifetime Limited Warranty.

51. How do I know I will get my order?

All orders can be shipped to you as the Member or direct to the Host. You can choose between the Invoice Address and the Shipping Address. Your Fashion or MexZotic Collection Order will be processed in a timely manner upon receipt and usually shipped within 1-3 business days. Your handcrafted made to order Mexicana, Mystique or Modelo Collection Order will be processed in a timely manner upon receipt and usually shipped within 14-21 business days. All goods are dispatched via household shipping company names such as the International Postal Service, DHL, UPS and FedEx etc

52. How long does it take to ship?

All Fashion and MexZotic orders are shipped weekly depending on receipt of order and as we ship internationally the only delay will depend on where you live, usually 3-6 days. All Mexicana, Mystique and Modelo orders are handcrafted and specially made to order and so take a little longer to dispatch, usually within 14-21 days from the receipt of order and 3-6 days to deliver on average.

53. Are Shipping Costs included in the Jewelry Price?

Quick answer is no as they are calculated separately in the “Checkout” area once you have selected your items. Shipping costs are based on the cost of the order as cost directly correlates with weight. MexZotic however, subsidizes the Shipping & Handling costs and we also have two methods of shipping with Standard and Express. In most cases, our Shipping & Handling schedule of rates allow for single items to be shipped at a reasonable cost direct to the customer. The Shipping & Handling cost and delivery guide can be found in our Terms of Service, Item No 19.3.6 and 19.3.7.

54. What happens if I don’t like it when it arrives or it is damaged in shipping?

All our jewelry is covered by our standard Terms and Conditions and can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt if you are not entirely happy with your purchase or if the product was damaged during shipping in any way.

Yes, you can log into your very own personal member account at any time from anywhere in the world and you can see at a glance how your sales figures are performing, how much money you have made and how many new Member Commissions you have earned.

56. When does my money (Product Profit) appear in my nominated Bank Account?

As soon as you complete the “Send Payment Request” from “My Bank”, we will process that request within 24-48 hours online. The monetary payment (Product Profit) will be directly deposited into your Nominated Bank Account within 5 Business Days. Any Refunds or Returns will be handled directly by MexZotic and your Account will be updated accordingly. A minimum “My Bank” balance of $50 applies to all accounts.

57. Does MexZotic deduct any other fees or percentage of sales?

NO. There are absolutely no other fees or hidden charges that are applied to your account. The full Product Profit itemized for each level is yours 100% to keep and all Commission Credits are applied without deduction. The only fee is the Membership fee.

58. What is my commitment as a Member?

There is no mandatory commitment with your Membership. There are no minimum monthly quotas etc. You can simply stop working on your business or “cash-out” and even resell your Business through MexZotic. The sale price can be set by you and will usually be based on your monthly revenue.

First of all visit with all your close family and friends as they are already familiar with you and probably familiar with silver jewelry. In most cases this will set your business underway and relying on your family and friends to also introduce some of their relatives and friends. Secondly, you can recruit members in the workplace or any other social happening such as the gym, golf or having a beer. Thirdly you can be proactive (with our assistance) in using some of our tried and tested sales techniques. You do not have to go door to door, you simply have to direct people to your www.MexZotic.com web site and our informative tutorials will do the rest. You can advertise on the internet with banners, you can advertise by post cards and mailers, you can even advertise with posters and brochures.

63. What intellectual property can I use to help me sell?

We allow you some latitude in order to increase your Jewelry Product sales and presence on the internet. All requests for the use of MexZotic Intellectual Property must be requested by email to sales@MexZotic.com accompanied by a full description of your advertising ideas.

Social Media can be a very effective way to sell and introduce family, friends, and work colleagues to what you are doing in your life and especially your business life. As a Distributor or Reseller it is suggested that you create any Social Media in a personal/profile format and “like” or “follow” the official MexZotic Social Media. As an Importer it is suggested that you create any Social Media in a personal/profile and business/fan format. Social Media can be an excellent forum to promote Specials and Coupon Codes to your followers for discount Jewelry Products purchased through your website.

65. What am I allowed to use in order to set up my Social Media?

Membership Levels vary, but you are allowed to use Jewelry Product images etc to set up your Social Media pages. You are not allowed to portray any Social Media pages as an Official MexZotic page even if permission is granted to use our Company Logo. 66. Am I allowed to set up my own Website, Landing Page or Squeeze Page?

You are allowed to set up your own Internet Media under strict accordance with our policies in Section 8 of the Terms and Conditions. The golden rule is that you are not allowed to portray any such Internet Media as Official MexZotic Internet Media. All purchases for Jewelry Products must ultimately be made through the official MexZotic website and payment gateway.

67. How does Solid Silver Jewelry compare to Costume Jewelry?

MexZotic Jewelry is 0.925 Solid Silver and is Nickel & Lead free. Silver along with Gold and Platinum are the three most commonly referenced metals used to create fine jewelry and carry a fluctuating stock market value. Alternatively, costume jewelry metals have no stock market traded value. The trendy solid silver jewelry pieces purchased through MexZotic today can one day be found as valuable heirlooms in your great-granddaughter’s jewelry box.

YES, the MexZotic/Mexicana/Mystique/Modelo Collections are handcrafted in Mexico. Fine jewelry comes from all over the world but MexZotic specializes exclusively from jewelry mined and manufactured in Taxco, Mexico. When a company advertises that their products are “made in Mexico” they must commit to every component of that product being mined, manufactured and packaged in Mexico. There are silver and gem mines all over Mexico and all of our silver and gems originate in Taxco, Mexico. Jewelry involves a variety of components including metal and stone mining, refining and polishing, cutting and faceting, assembling and finishing. The multitude of hands that touch one piece of jewelry before it arrives packaged in an authentic MexZotic Black Velvet Jewelry pouch to you would be surprising to reveal. 81. What are MexZotic’S startup costs?

MexZotic has 3 Sales Channels to choose from at NO COST:

  1. Merchant Channel – There is no upfront or ongoing cost to become a MexZotic Merchant. As a Jewelry Party Host there is no upfront cash outlay and in fact we will reward you with a FREE Gift up to $100 value and provide all the Jewelry samples for order/sale at the Party. As an Online Reseller/Distributor contact us about our FREE membership plan. For Retail/Sales Partners there is no upfront fee and we have introductory special priced Jewelry Packs that will assist to finance and cash-flow your future Jewelry business.
  2. Wholesale Channel – Retail/Sales Agents are appointed by MexZotic and/or Retail Importer and this position can be a full or part time Independent Contractor role. MexZotic will supply all the necessary sample jewelry and training at no upfront or ongoing cost.
  3. Importer Channel – Retail Importer/Online Importer appointed by MexZotic only. No cost except for initial Introductory Packs and/or sample kits which are greatly discounted and subsidized. For Online Importer contact us about our FREE membership plan.
  4. Note: MexZotic reserves the right to select, change, add or delete inclusions listed in the various Sales Channels at our sole discretion.

82. How do I learn what to do in the beginning?

We have many tools available to you! We offer Member sales training assistance, a comprehensive training manual, teleconference calls, online tools, one Master catalogue/year, and one-on-one training. Seminars will also provide you with great new tips and techniques from professional speakers, trainers, and from other experienced consultants.

One of our Sales Agents will attend the Party and be on hand to answer questions and take Guest orders. Hosts and Guests at the Jewelry Party will receive instant gratification with FREE bonus gifts and receive many of their products at the party/office event/corporate event. Additional items will be ordered and delivered directly to the Host or their Customers. MexZotic will offer financial assistance to all Members for Host Party Events by providing the Free Gifts, subsidizing the Host Rewards and Bonus Rewards.

84. Do you have a Catalogue or Brochures and how often is it distributed?

MexZotic produces one (1) Tri-Fold Brochure only as an introduction to our Company, Jewelry and Membership. Due to our huge and ever evolving range of Jewelry it is not viable to publish a hard copy catalogue that will quickly change, so our website really acts as the online store catalogue. This online store (catalogue) option can be quickly updated, cater for price adjustments, has a user friendly search feature, has clearer images and magnification features and most importantly of all it has a Checkout area.

Our Jewelry is not governed by Fall/Winter or Spring/Summer collections like other Jewelry companies. We design and upload new products each week and have Monthly Specials to give our Members the incentive and opportunity to shop all year long.

MexZotic does not have territories, so that gives each Member an opportunity to venture into all areas to generate sales and promote their individual businesses.

86. When does the money appear in my Bank Account?

As soon as an order is processed via the Merchant Gateway the transaction will auto-populate in your Admin Accounts Software. Shipping and Tracking information will show proof of delivery received by the paying Retail/Sales Partner, Guest and/or Customer. Once we have proof and/or notification of acceptance of delivery of the said products, the profit and/or balance of payment for the transaction is available for withdrawal/transfer request from your virtual MexZotic My Bank to your nominated Bank Account. Payment will be made by direct deposit into your nominated Bank Account normally within 7 days of request and the transaction will be recorded in your Admin Accounts.

87. Can I upgrade my Membership?

YES. If you feel you want to try it out and get started, then you can become a Reseller. Once you are underway you may want to enjoy the added benefits of being a Distributor or even Importer. As a Party Host you can upgrade to a Sales Partner or Sales Agent at anytime. Your customer details and accounts stored in your Member Management software will be upgraded with you so that all information is retained for your records.
